Louis Vuitton appoints a Finland Press Relations Manager

 

 

Louis Vuitton, the world famous luxury company since 1854, with a Helsinki based office, has appointed Minttu Vesala as Press Relations Manager for Finland.

Born in Helsinki, Minttu Vesala is 34 years old. As an expert of the fashion industry, Minttu Vesala’s career in fashion started 11 years ago as a fashion stylist.

Over the years, she imposed her visionary eye in many different advertising campaigns, in fashion editorials, music videos; fashion shows and even punctually she is styling local Finnish celebrities.

She worked on some exclusive press launches for some new coming brands in Helsinki, while she is also working as a fashion buyer for the lifestyle store called Helsinki 10.

 

Finland has a long and fine history of lighting design, production however seized almost completely in the 80's due to rising imports from Italy and Germany. Domestic production lost the identity that had been created during years of adapting to Finnish architecture.

SAAS Instruments has decided to revitalize the legacy and bring Finnish lighting design to a level that stands up to the global competition. The aim of the project is to combine innovative lighting technology with high design. The result is a series of lights with a strong Finnish identity.

SAAS Instruments presents during Helsinki Design Week 6 new lights, designed by seven esteemed Finnish designers.
